We first became customers of Gutter Helmet in 1998. In 2012, we had our house remodeled and once again we called Gutter Helmet! Thank you GH for your dependable product and for the professional staff we have met during our years as very satisfied customers!

I wanted to attest to the superb services that your company provided for me regarding the replacement of my roof. In these days, it’s rare to find a company that actually fulfills its promises, but your company exceeded expectations from beginning to end. My new roof looks amazing, and the entire process was flawless.

Due to issues with prior contractors, I was a bit skeptical about working with your company. However, Julio was the reason I decided to give it a chance. He educated me on the issues concerning my roof, he described the process in detail, he assisted me with making the initial call to the insurance company, he patiently endured all of my questions, and he made me feel comfortable with moving forward. He was instrumental in making the process seamless, and he provided excellent customer service. As a result of the service he provided, I referred my mother, she was also satisfied with the roof replacement and the admirable services provided by Julio.

In closing, your company is very lucky to have such an efficient employee. Julio is not only knowledgeable, but passionate about providing a great experience for the customer.

Your company put a new roof recently on our rental house in Marietta GA. This job was done in a very professional and praiseworthy way. Each one of your crew seemed to be very safety-conscious. They came on time, did the job efficiently, and left the area very clean with no debris whatsoever.

Our particular appreciation goes to Julio Mercedes who patiently guided us in every phase of the job, leaving nothing obscure in the project agreement or cost of the job. He was very helpful in our contacts with our insurance company and was always available to answer questions on the job site or on the phone.

I just wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for the wonderful job your company did in adding roof gutter to our home in Atlanta and adding Gutter Helmet to our mountain home.

You personally, were easy to contact and prompt with our meetings. You used your cell phone to remain in contact as necessary.

When appointments were made you were prompt, and also on time in making changes due to weather, traffic and other issues. We always knew the “game plan.” That is a real plus for us.

Your crew was also prompt, courteous and willing to help resolve (fix) existing problems. This was a real plus. I am handy with home repairs but working high up on the roof is not for me! Mark was most helpful and explained the issues and how they should be resolved. Then he made the problems go away!

We have had the gutter helmet product on our home for many years and have been pleased with it. The price was competitive and the service to install was flawless. Over the years we have had to have the product removed for new roof and critter control installation. This was done efficiently and at a much lower cost than other contractors would charge. We have also been pleased with the service of the office staff and schedulers.

Just a note to let you know how pleased I was with the recent repair job your crew did on my home. I had Gutter Helmet installed on my
home about 10 years ago and never had any problems. Then about 2 years ago I had a new roof installed, and evidently one of the gutters
on the rear of my house got bent in the process and the helmet did not work properly after that.

Mark came out and explained that the gutter needed to be bent back into shape and realigned to properly handle the runoff from the roof.
I thought I would need a new gutter, but Mark said the old one was fine, just needed adjusting and re-fastening to the roof.

Your crew completed the job on Friday and I couldn't be more pleased, plus Mark saved me many dollars by not having to buy a new gutter.
I wish I had called sooner to have the problem resolved.

they did not look good.

We have made several improvements this year. People are stopping by and
telling us how nice our house looks. The gutter helmet adds to the

gutters.
